We picked up our second farm share on Friday. Much of the same from last week, but instead of radishes and cilantro we got napa cabbage and garlic scapes. Sweet.
I used a few garlic scapes, the kohlrabi and the cabbage to make this fried rice. I used my friend Aaron’s recipe as a template. I added portobello mushrooms, a few carrots and onions, along with a heaping dose of sriracha, of course.
